Congratulations to Richard & Juliann Eberheim on Fox Hill Race Court for being chosen as our July home of the Month. The Eberheims home always looks great from the lush green lawn to the colorful landscaping that they work hard on. What really makes this home stand out is the covered front porch w/ pillars that is unique in Fox Head. Juliann said that she always wanted a covered front porch, which the house did not have when they bought it.  This was added when a rear addition was put on.

Congradulations to  Christian & Tina Petzer at 9138 Greenlake Circle, for being chosen as our Home of the Month. The Petzers have lived in Fox Head since 2006. Over the last few years, they have put in a lot of time and effort on their house and new landscape. Come by there house and you will see the great work they have done.

Congradulations to Elizabeth (Bette) Hafner for being chosen as our first “Home of the Month” 2014. Elizabeth has only lived in Fox Head for about 2 years. When her family moved in, there was a lot of work to be done with the property. Elizabeth enjoys working outdoors and said that it is a work in progress. She still has a list of additional things she plans on doing over the coming months and the $50 gift card to Home Depot will come in handy. We all benifit from homeowners like Elizabeth to make Fox Head a great place to live.
